Israeli Dancing is a healthy and exciting way to
celebrate life.

It is a joy to listen to the music and one finds freedom
of expression in movement.
The songs are beautiful and represent Jewish culture and Jewish history.

From Yemenite to hasidic traditions, from Hora to Debka and just about
every other song can be found on the modern Israeli dance floor.
There are Cha-Cha steps and some Salsa moves.  From Macarena
line-dance to the Spanish pop hit, "The Ketchup Song".
People come to my sessions to have a fun time, make new friends and learn new dances in a friendly and warm
atmosphere.

There is high energy level all night long.  All you need to do is leave your potato on the couch, put on your aerobic
shoes, and join the world of Israeli Dancing in San Diego.  We look forward to you joining our "Welcoming Group" of
dancers in San Diego.
